Shipping + Delivery
Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, please supply a street address for shipping .
Free shipping Australia wide for orders over $80. For orders under $80 shipping is a flat rate of $9.50. Flat Rate & Free shipping excludes Bulky items. Bulky items are $15 flat rate Australia Wide
We will always attempt to ship your order within a period of 3 business days and will be in touch if there is any delays . You will get tracking information once your order is complete via email. As we have more than 1 location your delivery may be sent in more than one package. You will receive tracking information for all packages. Please be aware that dispatch delays may occur in Covid19 lockdowns
If you have placed an order inclusive of items noted as “preorder or backorder” your completed order will be shipped once all items are in stock. If the expected delivery period for your request product/s is significantly longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is not a service that we offer at this time.
For all items, you may return Products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed unworn and are accompanied with their original packaging.
We do not accept returns for items on sale or custom orders.
For faulty items please email us at email@example.com with a photo and description of your fault and your online order number.
To request a return please email us with your order number and a brief description at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please choose carefully as Products must be returned at your own cost unless faulty
Once we have received the returned Products, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund entitlement within 7 business days.
All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be credited to the method you paid for your order (Paypal, Zip Pay, Afterpay).
The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.
We are an online store with multiple shopfronts as well and sometimes crossovers of sales happen. We make every effort to avoid this from happening. However in the unlikely event that this happens we will be in touch with you. If we are unable to source your item from our stores or suppliers we will provide a full refund.

At the moment we only sell the gift certificates in our stores. These gift certificates can only be used in store. However if you’re wanting to organise a gift card be posted or emailed to a friend we can still organise this for you.
